Do you work with associations, schools, and workforce organizations?
Yes. AdnohrDocs works with colleges and universities, continuing education and training programs, healthcare and allied health programs, nonprofits and community-based organizations, professional and trade associations, chambers of commerce, libraries, employers and talent development teams, and organizations delivering workforce and career development programs.
What services do you offer organizations?
AdnohrDocs supports organizations through four primary service areas:
Career and Workforce Development Programs for participants, job seekers, students, and members
Career Advisor Training for the professionals who deliver career services
Outplacement & Career Transition for employees and other sponsored individuals navigating employment change
Organizational Partnerships for customized or ongoing needs that span programs, populations, or service areas
Engagements may include workshops, cohorts, staff development, individual support, webinars, curriculum, office hours, and other formats appropriate to the scope.
How do we get started?
Most organizational engagements begin with a 20-minute Organizational Discovery Conversation. We’ll discuss who you are seeking to support, what you are trying to accomplish, your timeframe, and the type of support you are considering. If there is a fit, AdnohrDocs will recommend the appropriate scope and next steps.

How far in advance should we book?
Lead time depends on the scope. A focused workshop or virtual session may require less planning than a multi-session program, staff-development engagement, outplacement initiative, or customized partnership. Earlier conversations are encouraged when an engagement involves multiple stakeholders, curriculum development, travel, or coordinated delivery.
Can programs be customized for our specific audience?
Yes. We begin by understanding the people you serve, the goals of the engagement, what already exists, and where additional career-development support is needed. Content, examples, tools, delivery format, and scope are then adapted as appropriate.
What is the investment for organizational programming?
Fees vary based on scope, program length, audience size, customization, delivery format, individual support requirements, travel, and engagement duration. After an initial discovery conversation, AdnohrDocs provides a recommended scope and investment.
Do you offer virtual programming?
Yes. Organizational services may be delivered virtually or in person, depending on the engagement. Virtual delivery may use Zoom, Teams, or another agreed platform. In-person delivery is available for local, regional, and national engagements, with travel arranged as appropriate.
Can you support a need that is not specifically listed?
Possibly. The services listed on the Organizations page reflect AdnohrDocs’ core areas of expertise, not every possible engagement. When a need spans participant programming, practitioner development, career transition, curriculum, or related career-services design, we can discuss whether a customized Organizational Partnership is appropriate.
Every engagement remains anchored in AdnohrDocs’ defined expertise in career development and career services.
Do you still offer workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements?
Yes. Workshops, webinars, conference sessions, keynotes, and related presentations remain available. They are now considered delivery formats within AdnohrDocs’ broader organizational services rather than separate service categories.
