Before You Book

How do I know which service is right for me?

Start with the challenge you are facing, not the service you think you need. Our Find Your Path page helps you understand where you are and what would support you best. If you are still unsure, book a consultation. We will talk through your situation and recommend the right fit. There is no pressure to buy. If we are not the right match, we will tell you.

What is the difference between a package and a la carte services?

Packages bundle related services at a slight savings and give you comprehensive support. Resume, LinkedIn, strategy, and preparation all work together. A la carte services are best when you have one specific need such as a resume refresh, interview prep session, or LinkedIn update. Most clients see better results with packages because everything aligns.

How much do your services cost?

Signature packages start at $1,197. GPS aligned programs start at $397. A la carte services start at $175. Pricing varies based on the service and your career level. You will see full details on each service page before you book.

Do you offer payment plans?

For packages over $1,000, we can discuss splitting the investment into two payments. All payments are processed through Stripe. Secure, simple, and no follow-up invoices.

What if I cannot afford your services?

We understand that not everyone can invest right now. If our services are outside your budget, we will guide you toward free or low-cost resources such as workforce development programs, public library career services, and online tools. In some cases, we are able to offer limited no-cost support based on need and our current capacity.  These spots are reserved for clients who face significant financial barriers.

Working Together

What happens after I book?
  1. You book and pay through our secure checkout

  2. You receive a welcome email with intake questions and next steps

  3. We schedule your strategy session for package clients or begin the project

  4. We deliver drafts for your review

  5. You share feedback and we revise within the agreed scope

  6. You receive final materials and follow-up resources

Timelines vary by service. Most packages are completed within two to three weeks. Rush options are available.

How involved do I need to be?

This is a collaborative process. The quality of your materials depends on the information you provide. You will complete an intake questionnaire, join a strategy session for most packages, and review drafts. Plan for two to three hours of your time across the project, plus review time.

How many revisions are included?

Most services include one round of revisions. Packages often include more. We clarify what is included before you begin. Our goal is to get it right and give you strong, strategic materials.

What if I need something that is not on your services list?

Let us know. If it falls within our scope such as career strategy, resume writing, LinkedIn development, interview prep, or job search coaching, we can often customize. If it falls outside our expertise, we will refer you to someone who does it well.

About The Work

Will my resume pass ATS systems?

Yes. Every resume is designed for ATS compatibility with clean formatting, appropriate keywords, and no graphics that interrupt scanning. We write for three audiences: the screener, the hiring manager, and the ATS. Human readers matter most because an ATS friendly resume still needs to make a strong impression on the person making the decision.

How is your resume writing different from templates or AI tools?

Templates give you a structure and AI tools give you generic language. We give you strategy. Your resume is shaped by human intelligence and real experience. We take what you have done, what you want to do next, and what employers look for, and turn that into a clear and confident story. We focus on authenticity and alignment so your materials reflect who you are and what you offer.

We also build every resume with a clean visual presentation that is easy to skim. Hiring managers make decisions quickly, so clarity, organization, and language that sounds like you are essential. Your resume positions you for your next role, not your last one.

Do you write the resume, or do I?

We write it. You provide the raw information through questionnaires and conversation. We turn that into a strategic document that reflects your voice, values, and personal brand. You review and approve the final version. You do not need to be a strong writer. That is our role.

Can you help if I am changing careers?

Yes. Career changers are a core part of our work. We specialize in translating your experience so your transferable skills are clear and your pivot feels logical to employers. We look at your past through the lens of your future so you can move with confidence. This requires focused storytelling and a deliberate job search strategy, both of which we guide you through.

Do you work with immigrant professionals?

Yes. This is central to our mission. AdnohrDocs was created to support first and second generation immigrants navigating the U.S. job market. We understand credential translation, cultural expectations, and how to build a personal brand that reflects your full story. You do not need to explain why your path looks different. We honor it and help you present it clearly.

Why the name AdnohrDocs and Logo?

Adnohr is Rhonda spelled backward. Docs reflects the documents at the heart of the work such as resumes, LinkedIn profiles, bios, and other materials that shape your professional story.

The logo is a compass that symbolizes clarity and direction. At the center is the original image of research, writing, and desktop publishing, reflecting how the work began and what still anchors our process. The compass also connects to our GPS and Compass frameworks. Together, they represent how we guide clients from survival jobs to thriving careers through strategy, language, and clear next steps.

Do you use AI in your work?

Yes, in a thoughtful and transparent way. AI supports research, analysis, and early drafting. Every deliverable is reviewed, refined, and completed by Rhonda. AI improves efficiency. It does not replace strategy, human intelligence, or the personalized attention that makes your materials effective. Our Privacy Notice includes a full AI disclosure statement.

What is the GPS Method?

GPS stands for Ground, Position, Shine.
It is the foundation of our career strategy approach.

Ground: Understand your current strengths, challenges, and experience.
Position: Align your story and materials with where you want to go.
Shine: Prepare you to show up confidently in interviews, online, and in your job search.

Every service we offer follows this method, from single sessions to comprehensive packages.

How the Compass Framework Supports GPS

The Compass Framework works alongside the GPS Method to keep your job search balanced and aligned. It centers your identity, goals, education, training, and lived experience while guiding the strategy in four directions. North focuses on quality and precision in your materials. South keeps your process organized. East strengthens your communication, visibility, and personal brand. West supports learning, tools, and innovation so you stay aligned with current hiring practices. Together, GPS and the Compass Framework create a clear, structured path that helps you move from survival jobs to thriving careers with confidence.
