Trusted guide to new graduates, career changers, and veterans in military-to-civilian transition. Motivated to provide clarity and demystify the job search process, I bring expertise in crafting branded, engaging, conversational, value-based documents and online profiles. In addition, I remain diligent about using today's best practices to find, build and nurture networks to leverage modern career marketing and social recruiting. I have worked closely with employers in various industries as Career Services Director at two Midtown Manhattan colleges, Placement Specialist at a Domestic Staffing Agency, and as New York State Career Readiness Counselor with the NY Army National Guard.
A member of several career-industry and workforce development organizations and holder of multiple industry certifications, I am passionate about providing my clients with today's leading-edge tools that work. I regularly attend training and collaborate with industry professionals and recruiters to build new skills in career coaching and résumé writing. Although the world of work is dynamic and ever-changing, the foundation of focus, clarity, and value remains the same. In addition to private practice, I share my expertise via consultation with education and non-profit institutions, in-person and virtual seminars/workshops, and speaking engagements at community organizations, libraries, colleges, alum groups, and corporate events.
