How We Support Organizations
Each service can stand alone or be combined with others to support your participants, practitioners, employees, and broader program goals.

Workforce Programming
Participant-facing career-development programming for workforce, education, training, and community organizations.
AdnohrDocs helps participants translate their experience, education, training, and credentials into clearer career direction, stronger professional positioning, employer-ready materials, and more effective job-search decisions.
Examples: workshops, cohort programs, embedded career support.

Career Advisor Training
Professional development for the people who deliver career services.
AdnohrDocs works with career advisors, workforce counselors, coaches, résumé professionals, and program staff to strengthen advising practices, career-positioning strategy, résumé and interview guidance, and responsible use of AI in career-development work.
Examples: practitioner workshops, intensives, train-the-trainer, facilitator development, toolkits.

Outplacement & Career Transition
Structured career support for people navigating layoffs, restructuring, role elimination, career change, or other employment transitions.
Support can help participants clarify options, reposition their experience, strengthen materials and job-search strategy, prepare for interviews, and approach their next move with greater direction.
Examples: individual transition support, group programs, hybrid programs, 30-, 60-, or 90-day support.

Organizational Partnerships
For needs that span programs, populations, or service areas.
AdnohrDocs can combine participant programming, practitioner development, career-transition support, curriculum, tools, and ongoing strategic support into a coordinated engagement built around the organization's goals.
Examples: custom programs, embedded career support, capacity-building partnerships, longer-term career-services partnerships.

Meet Rhonda Douglas Charles
Rhonda Douglas Charles is a career strategist, workforce development professional, educator, and founder of AdnohrDocs.
For more than 25 years, she has worked across career services, workforce development, education, employer engagement, and professional development. Her experience includes building and upgrading career services departments in career schools and allied health training environments, leading career services and placement initiatives, developing employer relationships, and helping individuals translate education, training, experience, and credentials into employment and career advancement.
Her work spans both sides of career-service delivery. She has worked directly with job seekers and professionals on career direction, résumé and LinkedIn strategy, job-search planning, interviewing, networking, professional positioning, and career transition. She also understands the systems, staff practices, employer relationships, and program structures required to deliver career services effectively.
Through AdnohrDocs, Rhonda works with individuals, groups, career practitioners, and organizations. Her approach combines practical career strategy with research, labor-market awareness, professional communication, and an understanding of how career needs change across different populations, industries, and stages of work.
As a first-generation immigrant who has navigated the U.S. education, employment, and professional landscape herself, Rhonda brings additional perspective to work with immigrant and internationally experienced professionals, particularly where experience, credentials, and professional value need to be translated for a different market.
Her work is practical, candid, and designed to leave people and organizations with clearer direction, usable tools, and a stronger way forward.

How We Work Together
Every audience is different. That's why we begin with your goals, your members, and the outcomes you want to create.
1 / Discovery Conversation
We learn about the organization, population, challenge, desired outcomes, timeline and current services.
2 / Needs & Scope Assessment
We identify where career-development support is needed and determine whether the engagement fits one service lane or requires a combination.
3 / Program Design & Proposal
AdnohrDocs develops a recommended scope, delivery model, responsibilities, timeline and fee.
4 / Delivery & Implementation
Programming is delivered according to the agreed scope, virtually or in person.
5 / Follow-Up & Outcomes
Where appropriate, we provide resources, participation information, feedback, outcome tracking or recommendations for next steps.
Most engagements begin with a 20-minute conversation to determine fit and discuss next steps.
