Working with Organizations FAQ
Questions and answers:
Do you work with associations, schools, and workforce organizations?
Yes. AdnohrDocs partners with professional associations, chambers of commerce, continuing education programs, health professions schools, workforce development initiatives, alumni associations, libraries, and employer resource groups to deliver professional development programming for their members, students, and participants. If your organization invests in the professional growth of the people you serve, we likely have a program that fits.
What types of programs do you offer for organizations?
We offer four program series covering career advancement, healthcare career development, professional visibility and influence, and career navigation. Programs are available as keynotes, conference sessions, webinars, lunch and learns, half-day workshops, and multi-session series. Every program is tailored to the audience it serves. How do we get started?
Most organizational engagements begin with a 20-minute discovery conversation to discuss your audience, your goals, your format, and your timeline. From there, we handle program design and delivery.

How far in advance should we book?
We are currently booking for Fall 2026 and beyond. For conference sessions and large-scale events, four to six weeks of lead time is recommended. For webinars, lunch and learns, and smaller group sessions, two to three weeks is typically sufficient.
Can programs be customized for our specific audience?
Yes. Customization is standard, not an add-on. We begin every engagement by learning about your audience — their career stage, their industry, their challenges, and what you need them to walk away with. Content, examples, and delivery approach are all adapted accordingly.
What is the investment for organizational programming?
Do you offer virtual programming?
Yes. All programs are available virtually on Zoom, Teams, and other common meeting platforms.
In-person delivery is also available for local, regional, and national engagements. Travel can be arranged.
