About the Program

The AdnohrDocs Pro Bono Program is a monthly initiative designed to provide career support to individuals who have been referred for professional assistance. Through this program, we offer resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or career clarity coaching services to help participants advance in their job search and career journey.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Referred Candidates Only – Participation is by referral from a trusted professional, mentor, or community partner.
✅ One Participant Per Month – Only one individual is selected each month to receive pro bono services.
✅ Selection at the Discretion of AdnohrDocs – Candidates are chosen based on availability and alignment with the program’s mission.

Services Offered

Selected participants receive support in one of the following areas:

Resume Review & Optimization – Enhancing your resume to align with industry standards.
LinkedIn Profile Optimization – Improving visibility and professional branding on LinkedIn.
Career Clarity Coaching – A structured conversation to define goals and next steps in your career journey.

Program Guidelines

Services are limited to a maximum of two (2) sessions, each lasting 30 minutes.
Sessions must be scheduled within the month of selection; unused sessions cannot be carried over.
Due to high demand, a waiting list is maintained, and future selection is not guaranteed.

Next Steps for Selected Participants

Confirm Participation – Selected individuals will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Choose a Service – Identify whether you need resume assistance, LinkedIn support, or career coaching.
Schedule Your Sessions – Book your two 30-minute sessions at a convenient time.
Prepare for the Session – Bring any relevant documents or questions to maximize the benefit of the session.

Waiting List & Future Consideration

Candidates who are not selected in a given month may be placed on a waiting list for future consideration. However, placement on the waiting list does not guarantee selection.
